Volunteer Spotlight:

Ted Penberthy

I have been working with Yvonne Bogard to increase ASTD-RMC's exposure via social media. We are planning on improvements to the Facebook page, leveraging Twitter and, most recently, using Instagram to promote the chapter's events. I built a 20+ year career helping people do their jobs more efficiently by developing software solutions. Now I'm focused on the growing area of e-learning and educational technologies. What started as a struggle to find a new job has turned into a new career and UCD's ILT e-Learning program. I joined ASTD, both international and the Rocky Mountain Chapter, to increase my employment prospects.

When not working, you can find me with my nose buried in a book or playing guitar at an open-stage blues jam.
